1. Refill using our online POS (last name + DOB only)
2. Refill using a web form (for requests with more info/notes)
3. Request automatic recurring refills (Rx# needed)

Easiest Option For Paying and Refilling:

Enter your Last Name and DOB to see your cart for payment, or to refill, click the ≡ menu at the top left and select a previous Rx.
